Article 1 – Purpose
These conditions govern the sales by the company Huilerie Beaujolaise, 939 Rue des Echarmeaux, 69430 Beaujeu, of food products.
Article 2 – Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise stated, and excluding processing and shipping costs. In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be payable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of Huilerie Beaujolaise. They shall be borne by you and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these matters with your local authorities.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros. Huilerie Beaujolaise reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time the order is validated and subject to availability. The products remain the property of Huilerie Beaujolaise until full payment of the price.

Contractual information is presented in the French language and will be confirmed at the latest at the time your order is validated. Huilerie Beaujolaise reserves the right not to record a payment and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, particularly in the event of supply problems or difficulties concerning the order received.
Article 4 – Validation of your order
Any order placed on the website https://huilerie-beaujolaise.fr implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Any order confirmation constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, without exception or reservation. Article 5 – Payment
Validation of your order implies an obligation on your part to pay the stated price. Payment for your purchases is made by bank card via the secure CB system. The card is debited only at the time of shipment of the order. In the event of split deliveries, only the products shipped are debited.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Returns must be made in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days following notification to the Seller of the Customer’s decision to withdraw. In this context, your liability is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may give rise to a partial refund. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, Huilerie Beaujolaise will refund the sums paid within 14 days following notification of your request, using the same means of payment as that used when placing the order.
Article 7 – Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the website https://huilerie-beaujolaise.fr and subject to available stock. For products not held in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. In the event of product unavailability after your order has been placed, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made.
Furthermore, the website https://huilerie-beaujolaise.fr is not intended to sell products in large quantities. Consequently, Huilerie Beaujolaise reserves the right to refuse orders of 0 identical items.
Article 8 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the timeframe indicated on the order validation page. In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to inform you of any possible impact on the delivery time initially indicated. In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you may cancel the order under the conditions and procedures defined in Article L.138-2 of the French Consumer Code. If, in the meantime, you receive the product, we will refund it and the shipping costs under the conditions of Article L.138-3 of the French Consumer Code.
In the event of delivery by a carrier, Huilerie Beaujolaise cannot be held liable for delivery delays due exclusively to the customer’s unavailability after several proposed appointments.
Article 9 – Warranty
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All complaints, requests for exchange, or refund must be made by telephone within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in the condition in which you received them, with all elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). Shipping costs will be refunded on the basis of the invoiced rate, and return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents. The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.
Article 10 – Liability
The products offered comply with current French legislation. Huilerie Beaujolaise shall not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you intend to order.
Furthermore, Huilerie Beaujolaise cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product. Finally, Huilerie Beaujolaise cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, including service interruptions, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 11 – Applicable law and disputes
The Customer is informed that, in the event of a complaint to the customer service department of Huilerie Beaujolaise, and failing a satisfactory response or amicable solution within 60 days, they may refer the matter to the Consumer Mediator, whose contact details are as follows:

The language of this contract is French. These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 12 – Intellectual property
