1. How do I place an order on the Huilerie Beaujolaise website?

To place an order, simply browse our product catalogue, select the items you wish to buy and then click on "Add to cart". Once you have made your selection, go to your shopping basket and follow the instructions to complete your order.

2. What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) as well as PayPal, cheque and bank transfer. All payments are secure via our certified payment platform.

3. What are the delivery times?

Delivery times in mainland France are generally 48 to 72 hours (working days). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

4. Do you deliver internationally?

No, we only ship our products to mainland France. If you live in another country or overseas, please consult the page devoted to our distributors. They will be able to supply you directly with our oils and vinegars or, if necessary, give you the address of a retailer near your home.

If we are not distributed in your country, please send us a message via our contact form.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a link and a tracking number enabling you to follow the progress of your delivery in real time.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can contact us quickly by telephone or e-mail to request a change or cancellation. If the order has already been dispatched, it will no longer be possible to change it.

7. What are your delivery charges?

Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and your delivery address. The costs will be indicated during the order validation process.

8. Can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from receipt to return the product in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

9. What should I do if my product is damaged on receipt?

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly, either by sending you a replacement or refunding your money.

11. Are your products organic?

Some of our oils and products are certified organic. You will find this information in the descriptions of the products concerned on our website.

12. How do you keep oils fresh?

To preserve the quality of our oils, we recommend that you store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. The fridge is the ideal place to keep them after opening; the same applies to mango and calamansi vinegars. Once opened, be sure to reseal the bottles after each use.

13. What are your commitments to sustainability?
