Ingredients

Servings per person

  • 1 rigotte de Condrieu cheese
  • Shelled walnuts
  • Coriander or fresh herbs (chervil, chives, garden cress, etc.)
  • Virgin walnut oil

Method

  • Place the goats’ cheese in a shallow dish.
  • Cut it into quarters and drizzle the walnut oil over the top, so that it is almost completely submerged.
  • Leave to marinate for 1 hour before serving.
  • Decorate with coriander or fresh herbs and shelled walnuts.
