Rigotte de Condrieu in virgin walnut oil
Servings per person
- 1 rigotte de Condrieu cheese
- Shelled walnuts
- Coriander or fresh herbs (chervil, chives, garden cress, etc.)
- Virgin walnut oil
- Place the goats’ cheese in a shallow dish.
- Cut it into quarters and drizzle the walnut oil over the top, so that it is almost completely submerged.
- Leave to marinate for 1 hour before serving.
- Decorate with coriander or fresh herbs and shelled walnuts.
