Traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena (aged for 100 years)

This sublime fruit of the Ancient Tradition of Modena has been handed down for several generations within the Barbieri family. It is the result of a long ageing process in a battery of hundred-year-old barrels. Only a few bottles are available each year.

It is almost worth collecting. If tasted directly with a spoon, it invades the palate with infinite and persistent sensations.
