Les Bocuse d'Or Winners

Huilerie Beaujolaise : fabrication d'huile et vinaigre artisanaux dans le beaujolais.

Founded in 2000 with the support of the Rougié company, the Bocuse d'Or Winners Association, initially named the Académie des Lauréats du Bocuse d'Or, brings together chefs who have reached the podium of the prestigious international culinary competition, the Bocuse d'Or. To date, it has 52 chefs from 14 countries.

The association's mission is to promote the Bocuse d'Or as a benchmark competition in the world of gastronomy. Its members are actively involved by organizing national selections, sitting on juries and coaching new candidates. They also established the Prix du Meilleur Commis, awarded during the Bocuse d'Or to a young chef for their professionalism during the tests.

Committed to solidarity actions, the Bocuse d'Or Winners have supported microcredit initiatives until 2023, and are now supporting the NGO World Central Kitchen, founded by chef José Andrés. Since 2004, the association has published several books, the most recent of which, "Cooking Competition: Winning Tips", has been a great success.
