Cucumber Salad with Raspberry-Sesame Vinaigrette


Ingredients (for two people)


Preparation

Thinly slice the cucumber and rinse the raspberries.

Place them in a salad bowl with the arugula or lamb's lettuce.

Add the crumbled feta.

Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the vinegar, oils, and a few twists of the pepper mill.

Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad just before serving.

Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
